Terms of Service
Last updated September 2026
These terms govern your use of StoreForge Pro (the "Service"), a tool for building an online store, previewing it, and downloading a standalone website you host yourself. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
StoreForge Pro lets you assemble a store — products, categories, a theme, colours and payment instructions — and preview every page for free. When you are ready, you submit the store for a one-time payment. After the payment is approved you can download the store as a standalone package.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your password secure, and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
3. Building and previewing
Building a store and previewing it live are free. Preview is intended to let you evaluate your store fully before paying. You may create and preview stores subject to any limits shown on your plan.
4. Payment and approval
Payment is manual and one-time. You pay the amount shown for your chosen plan using one of the listed methods and upload proof of the transaction. Payments are reviewed by the operator; the download of your standalone store unlocks only once a payment is approved. Prices are set by the operator and may change, but a change does not affect a payment already approved.
5. The store you download
The downloaded store is yours to host and run. It is a self-contained website that does not depend on StoreForge Pro to operate and does not require any licence server. You are responsible for hosting it, for the products and content you publish, for handling your customers' orders and data, and for complying with the laws and tax rules that apply to your business.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to build stores for illegal goods or services, to infringe others' intellectual property, to upload malware, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Service. You may not resell the Service itself as though it were your own hosted platform.
7. Refunds
Because you can preview your store in full before paying, payments are generally final. If something goes wrong — for example a payment is approved but a download genuinely cannot be produced — contact the operator, who will work with you in good faith to resolve it.
8. Availability and changes
The Service is provided on a reasonable-effort basis and may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance. Features may be added, changed or removed over time. These terms may be updated; the "last updated" date above will change when they are.
9. Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data or profits arising from your use of the Service or a downloaded store. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
