Privacy Policy

Last updated September 2026

This is a starting template describing how the software behaves by default. If you operate StoreForge Pro, adapt it to your business and local law.

This policy explains what information StoreForge Pro collects when you build and preview a store, and how it is handled. It applies to the StoreForge Pro service — not to the standalone store you download, which runs on your own hosting under your own control.

What we collect

  • Account details — your name, email address and optional phone number.
  • Store content — the products, categories, text, colours and settings you enter while building a store.
  • Payment proof — the transaction reference and screenshot you upload for manual payment review. We do not collect or process card numbers.
  • Messages — anything you send through the contact form.
  • Basic technical data — for example your IP address, used to secure the Service and rate-limit sign-in and form submissions.

How we use it

We use this information to run your account, build and preview your store, review and approve your manual payment, generate your downloadable store, respond to your messages, and keep the Service secure. We do not sell your personal information.

How it is stored

StoreForge Pro stores data as files on the operator's own server rather than in a third-party database. By default the Service does not load third-party analytics or advertising trackers. Payment proof screenshots and generated builds are kept outside the public web root so they are not directly downloadable by others.

Payments

Payments are manual. You pay through the methods the operator lists (such as mobile financial services, bank transfer or cryptocurrency) and upload proof. Those payment providers handle your transaction under their own privacy terms; StoreForge Pro only stores the reference and proof you provide so the operator can verify it.

Cookies

The Service uses a single session cookie to keep you signed in. It is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking. If you sign out or the session expires, the cookie is cleared.

Retention

We keep your account and store data for as long as your account is active. You can ask the operator to delete your account and its associated data; some records may be retained where required for legitimate operational or legal reasons.

Your downloaded store

Once you download your store and upload it to your own hosting, its data lives with you. StoreForge Pro has no access to your live store, its orders, or your customers' information. Protecting that data — and telling your own customers how you handle it — is your responsibility.

Your choices

You can review and update your account details at any time from your dashboard, and you can request access to or deletion of your data by contacting the operator.
